GRANOLA
14 cups oatmeal
1 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
1 cup wheat germ
2 cup almonds
2 cup pecans
1 cup oil
1 cup honey
½ tsp. salt
Mix all dry ingredients. Then add all wet ingredients. Let sit for 15 minutes and stir. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper. Spoon mixture on to the large baking sheet about 3 inches deep. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Stir occasionally. Let cool completely and then add dried fruit of your choice such as cranberries, raisins, banana chips, apricots, or any others. Store in a large air tight container.
